Recently many of Immigration forums talking about something called " Ontario Provides List of Targeted Occupations for Express Entry Immigration Stream - NOI for the 2019 year"
as per my understanding, this give more priority to the candidate under this list of NOC for example 2172
my point of confusion is what exactly the requirements, and how can I apply for this programme? (steps)
Are there any minimum CRC points, mine is very low around 300 CRC scores,
also what about minimum requirements for IELTS exam --> what is CLB level is required?
is a valid job offer is a must here?
I need advise please, to understand that I am eligible or no!
