nioo, did above messages come from your visa office or Ontario PNP office? It is weird, what does it mean? Are they having concerns that you haven't established strong connection to Ontario? But you are here already and working. And FSW Pilot doesn't require the applicant to have job when he or she apply under this stream.nioo said:

Vo sent me an email told me that opportunities ontario withdrawn my certification so they cannot give my pr. Ontario doesnt reply emails or phones.

For the passports, as I am in Canada too, I went thru the same process. Just take your passports and the letter to nearest Canada Post office and they will guide you thru the process. It's simple anyways. Buy two Pre-paid Xpress Post envelopes. All you to do is to correctly write the addresses.
On "Envelop 1", write your address as "Sender" and CIC address as "Receiver".
On "Envelop 2", write CIC address as "Sender" and your address as "Receiver".
Now fold "Envelop 2" and put in "Envelope 1" along with your passports and letters.
Lastly, you didn't mention the Photographs. They asked me to send two photographs each of my family members along with passports. Please read the letter and if they asked for the Photos, send them along with the passports to avoid delays.
