Is there a way to change Residential address in CIC application .. my current mailing address and residential address is different

anybody knows how long does it take for security check of work permit to be done ? is it a long process like the security check done for PR ??

2-3 months, depending on where all you have lived.

sorry if it is a repeat question and has been discussed by others in past. But what are the next steps after receiving the AOR for PR application?
And what are expected timelines in case of New Dellhi VO?

Would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi ,

As per average.
After submit the application to CIC you will get the 1st AOR after 45 days,one got the 1st AOR you will get the 2nd AOR from Colombo or Singapore (Depends on NDVO).
after 15 days of 2nd AOR you will get the MR and Landing fee request .
after you have to wait and Got know

Process time line of Colombo is 19 Month and Singapore is 26 month

Rest thing god or VO knows.

How long does it take to get 2nd AOR after recieving 1st AOR? The above SL and Singapore timelines are after submitting MR etc?
Also can we apply for OWP anytime or is the period already over?

How long does it take to get 2nd AOR after recieving 1st AOR? Approx 3 Months
The above SL and Singapore timelines are after submitting MR etc? Its Total processing Time
Also can we apply for OWP anytime or is the period already over? Yes you can apply, but it will take at more that 3 month , i have applied OWP but still waiting from 15th FEB , Its still under process no update from NDVO and my passport is with VO .
Its better, do not apply..

they simply asked few things but it has become headache to reply like this....

* what have you done for moving to Canada
* what you would plan to do after you arrive in canada
* trade or professional qualification

i need to check my old documents what i wrote in those documents....


i also need to submit those requirement again .....


i think you also must have sent those documents when you submitted documents to CIO...

actually i am confused that ....
1) experience alag alag company ka batayein ya overe all bata dein?
2) experiance k saath saath apni specific accomplishment or projects bhi bata day to acha rahay ga what do you thing....

I think you shall combine something in your resume and reference letter and show your qualification and confidence in making a bright career and nice life in Canada. As a PNP and FSW applicant, I think it's important to show all the qualification, valuable experience, tie to canada, etc. that make you believe you can look for a good job and make a good living in Canada.
