No Thump rule as such. Try to paste it on "1-Main IMM0008 - Generic Application Form"

can any one confirm about UCI .

these are teh comments that post some one at other forum , can anyone confirm about UCI

[ UCI. Universal Client identification number. Its an eight digit number. It will be unique for every individual. Its your unique ID and if you file more than one application, file numbers can be different but UCI will stay the same.

It can be seen on top left hand side of first or 2nd AOR letter but I think in case of old pre june applicants this is not written on AOR letters but you still can check. You can also see this in your CAIPS notes. If you never ordered CAIPS you can ask visa office to tell you your UCI number. ]

thanks all for the valuable information provided by everybody in this forum

about the UCI , I have been told several times to leave it blank if I was not provided one before , and it is not the same as the file number ,
At the same time I believe that there should be an indication to our file numbers in order to distinguish the FSW provincila Nominees from other Provincial nominee , specially when we were told that we will be refunded for the money paid earlier in the CIC application ,there is no inquiry about the file number in all forms and applications , so how will they close the old file and refund the money if they do not know the file number ?

All the FSW pilot selected candidates are those which have already an old PR application pending. When our application reach local CIC Off they will contact us to arrange for the refund. This is what i got when i checked with Ontario some time back

But I Think it was more appropriate to have a field for the file number instead of the UCI , this will fasten time and effort , hope everything will go smooth as you are saying

From the list Visa offices outside Canada: Countries and corresponding Canadian visa offices you can indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serve :
- your country of nationality, or
- the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.

It is said in Guide P7000.

we have to submit this form , one for applicant ( i myself) [i have to give detail of my family ( parents , siblings)]

and second for spouse [i have to give detail of spouse family ( parents , siblings)]

or i will submit only one family information related to only me (applicant)

If you read Guide P7000 it clearly says that for Question 4 you should Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:

your country of nationality, or
the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.

so you should see which visa office is responsible for you country.

and for the form IMM5406 you and your spouse (both of you) should complete and sign this form, you should do the same for IMM5669 too.

But try to read the instructions in Guide P7000,it's very important to fill the forms right.

in Background/ declaration form in option 7 (about education) when i type University of Engineering ...... can not type full university name , as it space finish at Engineering. what i do there

as university full name is " University of engineering and Technology , Lahore "

what i do with " and Technology , Lahore "

if i enter it in next line , then i can not find enough space for the other degress"

After calling ontarion PNP office ,I tried to know about the expected date when they will start sending the letters to support the work permit request ,the lady answered that the expected date is the end of November

so please guys if anyone receives the letter ,let us know
