I didn't appear for ILETS/CELPIP as it was not needed while processing PR.

So for Citizenship language Requirement, I am planning to provide a .NET Bridging Program certificate as proof. It's from Humber College in Toronto and it is one of Ontario Bridge Training Programs.

Is it acceptable?

Here are the exact requirements : https://www.ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=571&top=5
The training program you had, if I understand correctly, is neither a provincial government language program nor a secondary/post secondary program, so it doesn't seem to match the requirements.
You can always call IRCC and they'll clarify it for you, but from the look of it, you may need to pass a language exam.
