same case here :(.

i spilled the date due to an issue with FedEx delivery (actually it was a delivery delay due to package held in customs & released later). I am planning to mail them the proofs. Is it advisable? If i dont get a chance, can i apply for the second time (if i get an invite again ??? ) ?

Try sending them a mail mentioning your EE profile number and attach all the proof there is that you submitted your application on time and there was an unreasonably huge delay in delivery by the courier company. Be honest and polite.

You can mail them at ontarionominee@ontario.ca

The other option is to re-create your profile and wait for another PT but that is a long shot because it is year end and most likely, the number of PTs issued might have been drastically reduced.

Just an update on this topic.

I have recreated my profile, and even removed my wife's relatives in Ontario from application (we had some trouble proving relationship as family ID is in Arabic and very old).

So i created my new EE profile on 9 Nov.
Got Ontario invitation on 13 Nov.

Am so happy as i thought i'm not gonna get the invitation again! ;D ;D ;D :P :P :P

Thanks everyone for your advice and support. I hope everything goes well :)

hi dude,

did you send ur application yet? did you get any information on whether it is ok to apply for the second time??

Hey there,

Sorry i've just seen the reply. My application was sent just yesterday, so haven't heard anything from Ontario yet. But as far as their letter of rejection goes and what my consultant argues is that my application was never opened or processed in the first place, and there is nothing against re-creating an EE profile, I even removed my Ontario/Canada ties due to weak case (they have been out of the country for a while).

I'll keep you updated :)

Thanks,

Surprising that you took so long to resend the documents. I assume you had everything the first time around so it should have ideally been a case of sending the same package again (barring a few changes you made).

Just an observation. Good luck mate.

You're quite right, but I found out that my wife's passport expires in March 2016 so had to renew which took a couple of days, and also re-issuing a draft check, getting updated bank statements and updated work letter (for my current job). It shouldn't have taken a month to do all of that, but I don't how, it did.

'Fingers crossed' :D
