this time asking for a friend. Her pr application is still in progress, she is worried because her CELPIP test will expires on July. The application will be turning one year next month.
1. is that expiration of her English test will have an effect on her pr application? pnp non-express entry paper based.
2 does she need to take a new english test?

After that no updates talked to MP they inquired for my application status which was as follow:
AR recieved at CIO sydney on Aug 2018
File transferred to Ottawa june 18 2019
Ottawa office is reviewing the application for eligibility
Criminality verification are in process
Medical will expire on may 24 2020
Security verification not started.
I m so stressed

We are almost close on the sam boat. my medical expires on august.
