Hi My wife and I landed in Canada in May. Our process was complex my daughter sponsor us from Canada and due to the geographical ubication we were getting process in the Mexico CIC. By the time we got the medical exam letter we were visiting another daughter in Australia then the final process took place in Sidney CIC. After 90 days in Canada never heard about the PR card Until we realized our address was changed to Australia then updated it to Canada and got a PR card for my wife only who is not the principal applicant, I got a letter for pictures only saying that if they didn’t receive them I will have to start a new PR application, ever since I sent the pictures I have received anything back. I’m getting desperate I don’t know who to ask or call

It's not unheard of for a long wait between landing and PR card. If you properly submitted photos you should be okay. It's not an instantaneous process - likely, your wife submitted photos in time and they either didn't receive or lost yours, so your card is at the bottom of the queue.

The letter stated you would need to start a new PR card app, not a new PR app. Of you sent the pics, then it's fine and you just need to wait.
