applied for visitor visa for my sister online on Feb 20th. CIC website is showing processing time of 15 days.

Does anyone know the average processing time from India ?
What are the chances of rejection if processing has passed 15 days ?
Has anyone heard back from high commission if they have applied for Visa on or after Feb 20th?

normally you receive passport request in 5 days if everything is ok. Often they need more time to decide an application and should keep waiting until their normal processing times before jumping into conclusion. i have saw people received their visas even after passing processing times.

I have applied from my parents on 24 Feb 2016. No response yet.

Processing time on website for online applications is 15 days . How can you say its 40 share your experience ?
