I applied a visitor visa for friend's mother online. Her visitor visa had already rejected twice, now I applied for third time. My online application got cancelled and through CAIPS notes I came to know that the reason of cancellation was "Promoted in wrong UCI". From the rejection letter (which we got when her visa was rejected second time) we found UCI# x4y6 on the rejection letter. Then while applying online third time I wrote same UCI# x4y6 in "Application for Visitor Visa", column# 1 of the application. In the CAIPS notes of third time application we observed that they have assigned a different UCI# s7t3 to our application. I assume that UCI number remains same for a particular client then why they assigned a different UCI to this application. My question is that if I apply again then which UCI number should I write in application? I wrote the UCI number written on refusal letter of second time and they changed the UCI on third time application and gave the reason of cancellation as "Promoted in wrong UCI". (Please note that I have not written actual 8 digit UCI#)
