Hi,

The online status is showing In process all the time . Medicals have been done three months back. Still there is no information of medical receievd on E-CAS.
and when we should contact cic to know that whether thay have received medicals from doctor or not . Can we send them mail or is there any time limit to contact them.

You can take the tracking information from your DMP and check if the documents have reached Ottawa office. It will typically take 2-3 months after medicals reached Ottawa that your CIC office will get the results. You may check with CIC office by sending an email there should not be any problem.
