I just signed and tried to submit my online visa application, but got the error C57Y5KND when trying to pay. I believe the website should have redirected me to a page where I could use my credit card.
Now I have an unpaid online visa application which I cannot access anymore and no idea how to fix it.
Does anyone know how to deal with this error occurring? Will my application be processed regardless of the lack of payment? How can I do the payment afterwards?
