I am in the process of renewing my PR card. I see lots of comments regarding the online renewal process, but I can only find an application form that requires printing out and sending to Nova Scotia. Am I missing something?
Also, a follow-up question...for the valid passport that has to be included with the application, do you simply take a copy of the first page with photo and info, or are you enclosing photocopies of all the pages in the passport? I have to send copies of all passports I've had the last five years (ie 2), but not sure if they want just the photo page, or all pages in the passports...
