I tried to clarify those issues the CIC raised on my refusal letter. Plus I attached a letter from my future supervisor.

If you dont mind, what is your nationality?
Sometimes it is a big issue.
What I realized, most people from korea and japan got the visa very easy.
Although they dont have that much money on their bank account and not detail in their application,
they could get the visa so easy!

Their application is even so simple...
only 1-3 page and although they dont write letter of explanation,
99% of them are approved!

you should apply for caips notes for your previous refusal,

I guess because they have a good reputation or it is just a politics..

You never know what's going on with the application. frustrating!!

You can apply capis but it takes 5 week.
I mailed some capis agency and they said if i apply now i will get the result on august 25
