Online payment Question

I am about to pay for my wife's PR process online. Two questions...1) What all do I select, and what should it cost? I am wanting to pay for it all. 2) We are applying outland, she in American. When it asks where will you be sending your application. I know we will be sending it to Missisauga, but we are applying outland so do I select Missisauga or Buffalo? Thank You

You are sending your application to Mississauga so that is what you select.
