Online payment of application

Hi there.

I want to ask if anyone of you here encountered problems during the payment phase of your online work permit application?
I entered my name and credit card number and everything else needed on the payment phase of my application but after a couple of attempts the end says: Your transaction is not approved. I tried with my other credit card but it says this application was processed already.
I checked with my first credit card if it was deducted, it was not.
Can you help me please what to do with this case?

Hi i've encountered that when i'm using my visa card but when i used the mastercard they approved it even its not your card as long that they can pay it its ok with cic. try other card

What worked for me was using a prepaid visa travel money with CAD as default currency, I tried many different visa and mastercard credit cards before this, none worked.

One more question, although it's off topic but maybe you and I have the same case.
I applied for spouse's OWP online but spouse is in another country, how do CIC process this?
Inside Canada or in the country where spouse is currently where?
I am the family representative so I applied it here inside Canada.

iam encounter same thing. using mastercard but it says transcaption not approve. second time i tried it says your order finalize. cleck her eto see your recipet" but when i check recipt its same thing transaction not approved. how to slove this sitution

Try it with different credit cards.
My first online application I used Visa but on my second online application when I used that same credit card it was not accepted so I tried it with my Mastercard and it worked.
