Online or Paper Based Study Permit Application for Indian

I applied online and got reply in 3 days. They have asked me to send your passport. So online is the best option

i applied for an online study permit and my original passport has been requested. can any1 tell me how to send the passport - thru vfs or directly to the high commission in delhi.

I sent it directly to the embassy by DHL.

There is no option for uploading medical report or police certificate in online application.

How and when should one submit these documents???

Also the Letter of explanation is optional??? should one upload SOP in place of same.

Hello..I have applied for study permit to Canada via online mode with all the relevant docs and medical certificate.But since last36 days its just showing ..IN PROGRESS.... I aslo send an email to CIC but till date got no response, Please guide me whom to contact.
