Does CIC even update the ECAS anymore? It's been almost 11 months and I have not had any contact with cic since I received my AOR and study guide... It's really frustrating...

For some people it does, for others it doesn't get updated at all. I guess it depends on the officer working on your file. I suggest you to call CIC and ask them for some update.

I have a test scheduled and received a mail however the info did not update on ecas

It does not seem to be updated for us either. Test is scheduled, but no update in ecas
