online degree/is it accepted by ECA agencies-anybody knows???

Hi,
To get some extra points I might be forced to go for online degree since where I live there is no that university and I don't get enough points for my current education.
Does anybody know if that kind of degree is accepted by ECA agencies?
Please some help about this, thanks.

The one year paid experience out of past ten years has to be in one of the mandatory NOC's that has yet to be released, NOT necessarily in the field of ones education.....thats my undestanding, pls correct me if i am wrong.
