So we can choose which documents we can/want to submit from the list in the email then ?

For example we can skip the health summary documents and submit ROEs , Paystup, rental agreements, bank statements, I94.
No. That e-mail clearly specifies that you should submit all documentation (from that list) that apply to you. We are not at liberty to pick and choose.

Sounds like a good idea.

I will request mine now. Did youorder full personal claims history or limited personal claims history?
When I sent the request, I believe I did a full claim. But as long as the report shows the dates when you availed health services, that should suffice IMO.

Yes, this. My coworker showed me his email and they marked the docs that they would like to get.

what do you mean they "marked the docs "

From the list given in the email , are there checkboxes or something ?

I mean if we've never claimed anything healthwise and never been to the doctor, then there would be no health-claim-summary to retrieve or submit. .....

I think we should be submit the applicable ones from the list.
For example, some wont have educational documents or child's school records.

But you can request claim history even if you dont have claims as it will be a document without any claims. You cant just simply say to cic officer that you did not have claims which no one can believe hence request the official claims history document which will have empty list(which is all that you need). So you cant just skip these just because you did not have claims. This is something like we get "no claims" letter from the auto insurer as the insurance agent doesnt simply accept us saying we did not have claims.

Yes, everyone seems to be getting the same email. The only things changed in it are the eligibility dates and next to each document listed is a box. There’s an x marked in the box if you need to send that doc in. At least that’s what’s on my coworkers email.

I just received my AOR and I still ordered my provincial health claims summary from Ontario.
Do you know if they send the provincial health claims summary by e-mail or regular mail?
In the Ontario Request for access for they are asking for the postal address associated with Ontario health card. Does this mean they will send the health claims summary to that address?
Thanks!

No I am not sure but it is likely that they will send it through snail mail.

So I lived in a condo from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 before buying my own house. They gave us a hard copy of signed lease which I don't have anymore. Will condo company be able to provide me a copy of one now? Or maybe a letter stating that I lived there during that time frame. Will that work?. Also I checked the ROE on service Canada . My current company where I am working since Jan 2017 has record there but for year 2018 only but the record shows that I am working with the company since 2017. I guess that will work. I worked two jobs part time before getting this job. Record of one employment is there but not the other one. Will that company be able to provide the ROE now? I worked there in 2016 for 2 months

They should be able to provide one for you. If not, you should be able to use paystubs.

Hi,
I saw some people are saying that they got oath call after their online test without going through the interview process.
Is it correct?

Yes, not an interview but additional documents request which is totally random ... my observation is that more people have gotten additional documents request vs who went directly to OATH after the test.

Thanks for your response.
By the way you may need to amend your nickname as UK will no longer be part of EU after 31st Dec.

Seems that they are trying to replace the verification through interview with verification of documents. This is good because this doesnt waste time for both. Yes there would be interview for few.
