Online canda visitor visa,additional document requested by CIC,cannot sign

Please help

I already uploaded the additional requested document from the CIC and I have to electronically sign the application again to submit the additional document.
But I encountered the error message saying that

Your answer is incomplete. Provide the necessary information below to continue.
The name, date of birth or country of birth you entered for your signature does not match the name you entered in your Online Application. To submit this Online Application, the names must match. Only the applicant can electronically sign this Online Application.

I am pretty sure I typed in the exact same name I signed the application at the first submission. It worked last time, but not anymore.

Any advice please, and which visa office will process my application ? I am currently a resident of the United kingdom

First u should send an email to cic help.. Also check the order of first name last name .. try reversing it..

Hi All with this problem, I have the solution:

Your problem is with your GC log-in key.

You need to go and revoke your key, sign up for a new key and re-enter all your information, make sure it is the same as what you have on your application form.

Re-do your checklist and you re-upload your documents.

Miner just went through. Good luck.

I am having the same issue. I am pretty sure I typed in the exact same name as my first submission.

Would revoking my GC-log in key delete my entire application? What happened to the $125 payment which I already paid?

I got it right after making 4 different gc key accounts, its annoying. It has to match ditto in form, sometimes country city or even a "-" matters. It just worked the following day, by far the worst system

Is this your first submission or are you submitting additional requested document? I am afraid of revoking my GC key account as my first submission was successful and all the correspondence is there
