I am 24 and currently in Canada. Right now I am doing a two-year certificate program. My final goal is to get permanent residency. Is it worth meanwhile time I try to get a 3-year bachelor's degree from my country to increase my chance? The program is completely online. are online degrees accepted in Canada?
