Hi all, hope you are doing great,
On July 21 I got update on my application status and they mentioned that the sent me an email my medical instructions, but I haven’t received any email ? if you had this issue or any experience of what I need to do please let me know thanks.
4 . We sent you medical instructions on July 21, 2022. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Call or visit the IOM n tell them ur IME or G number they will book ur appointment, dont wait or worry for email

Thanks for respond mate, today I called them and they told me they haven’t get any email about my application from IRCC and then they told me they need to wait until they get a call or call from them about my medical.

i suggest call them webform takes them 1-2 months to reply call them and they will send it again right away

I submitted my issue in website and they respond to me but nothing really helpful.

i also received the same. IOM can take some time. I got number 4 update on 22 April and IOM called me for medicals after 3 weeks and gave me and appointment for medicals. Just wait for two weeks while ensure you don’t miss their calls.
You can also visit or call IOM after two weeks

Thanks mate for sharing your experience, now I feel a bit better because you are the only one I get some information same as my issue.

yes its possible, do you know if your processing is happening in Canada or outside Canada. If outside Canada then you need to contact that office not Canada Mississauga office
