has anyone applied on or around the 20th of July in The MYCIC portal for study permit and haven't received it yet .

It shows that I've passed medical and then haven't received any update for more than 16 days . I've applied from chennai and my application is in Delhi

Does it always take so much time !!

I've applied under university category for my B.Eng program .
