Doc question. you applied online din po diba? Did you submit the document checklist (IMM5483E) form? If yes, san niyo po siya in-upload? thanks doc.

@Carla: I'm not DocRz but I'd like to answer your question. Did you answer eligibility questions on the CIC website afterwhich you were provided with a checklist and received a checklist code? If so, that's the counterpart of the IMM5483E form for online applicants. Di mo na kailangan magprovide ng form na un kasi parang nkadefault na sya sa system once successful ka magregister online sa MyCIC.

Hi msladybug , thank you for this. I cant remember po na nagprovide ako ng checklist code. Alam ko po kase derecho ako sa apply online na page. Hmm, i hope di makaapekto saken. ask ko po uli, how many days po ang waiting niyo before you received your medical request? thank you po

@Carla, tama si msladybug. You have to check first your eligibility by answering the eligibility questions. That will generate a code that you will use as reference kapag nag-apply ka na for a visa at nag-upload ng scanned documents. I received my medical request after 100 days.

I received my medical request after 79 days more or less (estimate ko lng). Hehe
