HopefulAngel, natanggap mo na passport mo from the embassy. Gaano katagal from passport request hanggang makabalik sa'yo ang passport mo?

Royangel, kumusta application mo? May passport request na? Malayo ang Baguio from Manila e... Dito na lang siguro sa kapitbahay kong IOM Clinic. Baka mapapakiusapan pang isend agad sa embassy ang results.

Hi Doc! Hm Nareceived nila ung passport ko July 23rd, Tuesday at 5pm. Then nakuha ko siya ng Friday morning. Via VFS na siya nun. 640 for passport transmission fee and 310 for courier fee. All in manager's cheques. Good luck, Doc! Hahabol pa yan

@HopefulAngel: medyo nalilito ako, ano po ang difference ng courier fee and passport transmission? Kasi courier fee lang po yung pinabayad sakin kanina when I applied at VFS. :/ Does this mean I have to go there personally to claim my passport :O

Hm. May binayad ka ba fee sa VFS for their assistance? Nungnareceive ko kasi passport request ko may kasama link tas dadalhin ka sa VFS. Alam ko yung passport transmission sila yung magdadala ng passport mo sa CEM para mabilis the yung courier fee yung once na nandun na visa papadala nila sa bahay niyo. Tas may receipt nmn, na950 ako in total. Through online ako nagapply.

Di kaya dhil through VFS ka kaya wala na transmission kasi sila na magaayos nung sayo lahat? Wala pa kasi VFS nung nagapply ako.

@HopefulAngel: Ah, siguro nga po dahil paper-based ako. Nagbayad ako ng P800 as service fee and P310 for the courier fee. That clears things up, thank you!

Doc, wala ako nakita info about jan eh. Ginawa ko na lang pinaghiwalay ko tas sulat mo na lang name mo sa likod. Siguro maganda pagawa kana cheque tag 50 pesos lang nmn sa BDO para once nakuha mo na passport request mo padala mo agad sa courier. Nung ako kasi dinelay ko pa ilang araw bago ko pinadala. Para mabilis kna lang

Been away for awhile.. Ang layo naman ng Baguio sa Bicol. Hehe If ever mareceive ko na reply from CEM and if they ask for the medicals sa IOM na din ako. Naka pa medicals ka na DocRZ?

@msladybug. Yehey!!! I'm extremely happy for you! Finally!! What drill??? Have not taken the medicals yet. I asked for an appointment and IOM gave me Friday morning, which they say is the earliest they've got for me.

Oh, I didn't read the entire thread, thought you had your medicals na. I was given the scheduled date of August 7, Wednesday. That's the earliest they have. I called IOM an hour after I read the instuctions.

Please tell me if they can forward the result asap. I'm scared that I might get my menstruation next week. ??? I asked them if I can have it earlier they said no. But I still sticked with the Aug 7 schedule hoping that I'll get a little delayed. hihi

Sige. I'll let you know. Hindi naman tayo nagmamadali kasi we applied ahead of time kaya lang due to some series of misfortunes, nagkadelay-delay mga applications natin so I think they'll understand our situation.

I though nga I can have my medicals last Tue. I already consumed 100 days just waiting for the medical request. Pero hindi na ko nagpumilit pa. What is a few more days compared to what I went through. Konting kapit pa! This final month is going to exciting...

@DocRz, since IOM scheduled me on August 7, I called St. Lukes' extension clinic in Ermita asking if they have any vacancy for an appointment earlier than August 7. They said their medicals are all walk-ins so I can go there any day except Sats & Suns. I also asked them if pwede maforward asap ang result. Sabi nila sa Global nalang daw ako since konti lang nagpapameds dun. Ngaun, I read on a separate thread na hiningan daw sya ng affidavit ng SLMC Global. This they didn't mention what for. August 7 is kind of late since I'm expecting my period any day next week and I'll be travelling all the way from Bicol.

I am not aware of any affidavit na kelangan when you are to take a medical tests, maybe it's more of a waiver?
