Online application got stuck in processing submission

Hello,

I was trying to apply for BOWP online, after digital signature page my browser got stuck and i couldn't pay and submit my application. When I logged in again, it shows pressing submission. I deleted cookies and cache of the browser, but it is still same.

Can anyone advise what should I do? I am not able to start new application and cant do anything with the un-submitted application.

so are you not able to submit now?

and first did you reached to payment page?

No, I got stuck when we click on pay now, last page on cic website where we get redirected. now i am stuck at

i hope glitch will be open after 120 minutes session time out..
