Online application closed without any final decision.

Hi,

Please help me as I’m in very unusual situation. To start with, I am a work permit holder in Canada obtained after having LMIA. I applied for open work permit for my wife and visitor visa for my two children 8yr and 12 yr old respectively on 11 March 2019. To my surprise visa officer changed visa category of both the kids to study permit and informed us by email. After all procedures I received passport request for my wife on 25 April 2019 and for my daughter (8yrs) on 26 April 2019 but till date on 29 April 2019 my son’s (12 yr) file was closed without any passport request or any refusal email. I need to mention that online visitor application of both my kids were cancelled by them and they never attached their study permit application online. We asked them by sending them email on 30 April 2019 but no response yet. Pls advise what should I do. I also put my query on the web form today. Thanks
