I have 392 CRS Score with a Job offer.
NOC - 2281 - Computer Network Technician
Because I have low score, there isn't any chance of getting an ITA, so have to choose PNP stream.
Two Job Offers from Toronto and Montreal.
Which Job offer should I choose,
because If i choose Toronto offer, I won't be able to apply for Quebec Cap-Exempt stream, is there any chance of being selected by Ontario Human Capital Stream? Is Ontario still selecting below 400 candidates? and will having an Job offer from Ontario, increase chance of my selection?
And If I choose Montreal Offer, I will be able to apply for CSQ, but then I wont be eligible for ONIP.
Please Guide, which should I pursue.
