hi guys, here is my background, can someone tell me if i qualify for this program....

I am 26 years old, and i have a foreign degree (four yrs), and a canadian two-year program diploma..

about work experience. i have one years fulltime on NOC-B (Graphic Designer) in my own country, not in canada.

and IELTS band score 8 and CRS is 401.

can i do ONIP human capital ee program ?

OINP is not opened yet, You do qualify for OINP as per existing norms however if there are any changes with respect to scores when they open up you need to increase the score accordingly.

for NSNP "score 67 points or more on the stream’s six selection factors;" is this 67 points for FSW or for NS goverment?
what if i qualify 67 on FSW .. is it ok ?
