Hi ,
Can anyone let me know if it's necessary to include distant relatives (ex.second cousins)address in the letter of intent ?Also should I provide additional documents of the distant relatives (such as pr copy,tax returns,utility bills etc)or wait for the case officer to ask for it?
Since I don't take any points for relatives in Ontario is the above necessary?

The letter of intent is to confirm your ties, social connections in Ontario and confirmation about your intention to reside in Ontario.
Mention about the employment opportunities for your NOC code in Ontario and how you can play the role of a responsible immigrant who can add value to their economy through your contribution.

You can also include confirmation of job applications to Ontario employers in the recent 3 to 6 months.

I have a question regarding ONIP, what if a person does the 2 year post graduation diploma or the Ontario College Graduate Certificate does he/she qualifies for ONIP under masters category?

No..You need to do master or PHD in ontario in order to be eligible for OINP master category...
