One year visa duration

Hello friends,

I've taken admission in one year course which will end on 31st August'2013. I've got visa expiring on 30th November'2013.

Kindly reply that duration is alright or there should be any change??

You can apply for work permit of 1 year from canada, but when your studies have been complete.............

u have to apply for 1 year pgwp or 1 year another course

That's right that I've got 3 months extra visa for finding a job

I was confused about one year work permit..now I have got it!!

You have gotten correct length of TRV. As per rules one is issued TRV/OCWP of duration equal to SP+90 days. After 6 months of your full time studies from participating institute, you can apply for OCWP which will again be valid for 30 November 2013 instead of 31st August 2013.

After completing your studies, you can apply for PGWP. REMEMBER: you can only apply for PGWP within 90 days of receiving your confirmation of degree/diploma or expiry of your SP, whichever ends first.
