Hey, is it possible to transfer from one DLI college to another after first semester and the fees and credits gets forwarded to the school you want to transfer to?

You have to ask the school you are transferring to. Some schools don’t accept credit transfers.

Again it depends on the college and program you are going to take. Some will not accept any transfers. Some may accept one or two credits.
