Hi There,

I worked as full time employee for a company from Aug-01-2012 to Aug-01-2013 [1 Year]. In this period, I took unpaid leaves for 15 day for my personal reason. I mean my company has not run the payroll only for this period [15days].

I dropped my file in Sep first week. My employee letter say that I have worked for 12 moths.

Will this 15 day effects my CEC PR File.

Please help!

Thank you
John.

When you send your T4/NOA it may show that the earnings don't match what your reference letter says. 15 days short is 15 days short - you could well be rejected on this basis

It really depends on a few variables. If your letter states you worked 12 months and if you did overtime, your NOA should still match what ever salary is in your letter. I think you'll be fine as long as your letter didn't mention it. If it did, you may be 2 weeks short.

What about he is out of country for 15 days??? Stamp in passport from airport??

1) Are you paid by salary or wage (hourly)?
2) Does the total salary/wage mentioned in ref letter, along with hours, match that of the T4 & NOA?
3) Did you have vacation on top of your 14 days unpaid leave?

Yes hourly

Its more than my weekly hours due to overtime
3) Did you have vacation on top of your 14 days unpaid leave? Yes

It doesn't matter where you are. When you're on payroll and got payed for the time - it's fine.
If it was unpaid, then it can't be counted.
