That is the point.. it does not matter whether medicals are done or not. In the eyes of the law she will be a visitor, the time of entry is the deciding factor. And as a visitor she can only stay 6 months, and with no legal right to stay longer a one way ticket does not work.sidowu said:Although she hasnt get the visa yet but she has completed the medical test.
