I came to Canada on april 2021 as a student. I have been living in an apartment and I have filed my taxes in 2022. I am married but my wife arrived to canada last month only.
I am eligible for 500 cad rent benefit, but the cra website is rejecting my claim on the basis that my spouse has not filed taxes! She was not even in Canada until last month!
