one ticket on my Indian DL

I have one ticket on my Indian DL. I got it in December of 2017, so more than 24 months have passed after that without any other ticket. will I be able to apply and get a car & truck driving licence.

What was the offence as just saying one ticket could mean anything ? Which province are you planning to move to ?
