One of the passport missing

Hi guys
I'm in the process of apply my parents visit visa not Super visa and appreciate if some answer my below questions:

Question no 1
We need to provide travel history of my dad for 10 years. he has his new passport valid from 22-Nov-19 till 20-Nov-2024 and also has another passport valid from 11-dec-2014 till 10-Dec-2019.
He lost his passport before 11-dec-2014, I have his all travel date during that period.
My question is that do I still need to enter all his travel date before 11-dec-2014 without passport images as we lost passport or just enter all travels dates after 11-dec-2014 Please advise

Yes, it still needs to be entered. The fact that he doesn't have the passport doesn't negate the travel.
