As im my spouse name syeda is not written in her passports and birth certificate but syeda is written infront of her name in all of her educational documents from matric to graduation?will it make problem???Now there is no way to omit or add syeda in all documents?what to do now??????????????

Her name in the application should be what is written in her passport. As for her other name there is one box in application where you can write other name(s) used. Looks like 'syeda" is her maiden name, which she is not using these days after marriage to you. Your wife may need to send an explantion regarding maiden and current name.
