Me and my husband are scheduled to have interview end of this month. On the letter they sent to me, I am required to bring 2 photos, RPR $490, of course IDs. Who has done this interview lately? Could you share your experience. We applied "inland". If they grant me the PR, will I receive a PR paper, and waiting for my PR card? Can I leave country with that PR documents? finger crossed!

You can check the Inland thread for information on landing interviews. The Confirmation of Permanent Residence form is NOT valid for travel. It takes about 3 months following landing to get your PR card. Otherwise, you may apply for a Returning Resident Travel Permit from the embassy located in the country you are traveling to.

Thanks for your reply

I do have a valid multi-entrance visa. Does it work for me to leave Canada before I receive my PR Card?

Once you become a PR, your TRV becomes invalid.
