one month over but still visa application is in process

i have applied for my visa application on 14th Feb ,but still it is showing as under processing.
what must i do to take followup?
Embassy demanded the proof of my ielts score on 22nd Feb.
I provided it on the same day.
How much more time i have to wait, plz answer me

ACTUALLY, I GOT REFUSAL ON 7TH FEB,2020
EMBASSY TOLD ME THAT I WILL NOT COME BACK TO INDIA AFTER COMPLETION OF MY STUDIES.
MY BAND SCORE WAS OK(6.5 NOT LESS THAN 6),MARKS WERE OKAY IN GRAD.(60%),HAVE PAID GIC,PROVIDED CAQ LETTER,OFFER LETTER OF COLLEGE,LOA
THEN I RELAUNCHED THE FILE ON 14TH FEB,2020.
THEN EMBASSY DEMANDED FOR MY IELTS SCORE.
I PROVIDED IT ON THE SAME DAY WITH IELTS RESULT+TRF
NOW STILL IT IS UNDER PROCESSING.
WHAT MUST I DO??????
