I'm almost done!
I just have one question- I want to explain two portions of my application:

a) Why I still don't have an FBI PCC on hand, and
b) I want to explain the documents I am including as my proof of funds

My original plan was to have a letter of explanation each at the start of the PCC file, and the POF files. The PCC LOE would explain why the FBI PCC was missing, while the POF LOE would explain how all the documents included establish proof and source of funds.

However, now I am beginning to consider if having an LOE at the beginning of these sections is a good idea- would not a VO glancing at the application simply conclude that the LOE is all there is, and assume that no other documents were present? In this case, is it better to simply upload the documents I do have to both these sections, and then write one big LOE explaining whatever I want to explain in the specific section for LOEs?

Which way is better? Please let me know!

Write the LOEs together and merge them into a single file. Upload in the placeholder for LOE.
No need to mix LOE with supporting documentation

Thank you!
How long can this LOE be?

No specific length. As long as its under the 4MB PDF limit its fine. I say no 'specific length' because it depends on how much you have to explain. Some people have a lot to explain, others have little or nothing to explain. Without knowing an application in detail its hard to say what needs to be explained and what does not.

Alright, thanks! I managed to reduce the font size to 10.5, and get it to one page, so I think I will be good to go :)
