On TRP husband wants to divorce pull out the sponsorship

Hi

I arrived in June this year, we got married in February, I entered with a TRP, my husband had paid for the online application for sponsorship. Now he wants a divorce. We have a 5 month old baby, I would like to stay so my daughter has both parents in the same country. I already got a work permit, which I applied for when he told me he's not sponsoring anymore. So I can start looking for a job. I haven't found any as yet.

Now what should I do to extend my work permit or to get permanent residency on humanitarian grounds.

Oh and my husband wants me to go back to South Africa to do the divorce there..before I apply for anything else...

If you don't want to leave, then don't. Look for ways to extend your work permit and apply for PR on your own.
