On Study permit, how to apply for PR

Hi, I am now in Saskatchewan on Study Permit (PhD) program for around 10+ months.

Want to get PR.

I am a Masters in Electrical Engineering from BUET, Bangladesh.
Have 17 years experience in Telecom, University teaching, and Manufacturing industry.
Which PNP/EE will be better for me?

I am 45Years old.
My wife and 3 children are with me in Sk.
