On Study Permit - Entry from India

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen. I hold a Canadian Study Permit, and both my VISA and Study Permit expires on December 31st. I had to leave Canada due to family emergency and could only return by the 1st week of December. Will I be allowed to travel from Delhi airport? Note that, I have already applied for study permit extension before I left Canada.

I have heard that they don't allow you to travel if your VISA is expiring soon.

Did you graduate? A study permit extension is only good if you are in Canada as it can only be applied from within Canada.
