Thanks!! Also I want to mention that I called ON PNP office on Monday and nice girl told me that I should write email with status inquiry one more time and she will respond to it. She responded in a few hours and said that my file is under assessment with the officer and I would be contacted shortly.

Yes, it does. It is written that I can't apply for PR using Express Entry.

I was notified by management of my building that I received a Purolator package. So I have just hard copy of nominee certificate.

It took them 2 hours after I called them on Monday, but usually it takes them 1 day.
