I am currently on Open Work Permit valid till May end 2016. I have completed my CELPIP and qualified. I have 1 year of work experience in Canada with 8 months as a employee and 4 months providing service as a Incorporated proprietor. I wanted to know the steps to apply for Express Entry. Now the company for whom I am providing IT Project Management services, is interested to give me a offer letter and asked me the below queries to help me apply for Permanent Residency under Express Entry Scheme-
1. Is there any format for offer letter and prevailing wage
2. Is LMIA required when I am providing proprietor service and on Open Work Permit in Canada to get additional points
3. Is it necessary for the company to register with Job bank
4. Is there any other document or process to be followed by my prospective employer
5. Would I get additional points by submitting an offer letter while still working as a proprietor.
