I am the sponsor and my GF will be the PA. I need to ask for her visitor visa extension to achieve common law.
Opening an online immigration Canada account using our joint Scotia Bank for the portal: does she need her own Immigration Canada sign on account to send out the application and the docs and then when i sponsor her as common law partner a year later, do i need to open then my own account with the immigration Canada?
Of course i will have her give me an authority and have all relevant forms sent in .
Thus do we need two sign in accounts: one for her ( tourist visa extension) and then one for me for the sponsorship? as i saw it requires the names and passport details. So i am confused if we open one for her visa extension and then i open one for my sponsorship. i looked but not able to find it. Or do we just open one immigration account now for the extension and i will be the main person accessing and then be able to use the same account for both purposes.then in future link the applications etc
Can you pls help
