on going pr app with ielts expired

Hello dear forum mates..

i just want to ask if somebody here have an on going process in their aplication with their ielts nearly expired.. do u think we need to retake an exam for that? Will cic ask u to submit a new ielts results? Or they will just continue procesing your application with the old ielts.? Pls share your thoughts.. will greatly apreciate it^^ thanks

Hi,

You don't need to retake the IELTS exam if the IELTS result were valid at the time of sending the PR application.

Really? Im just a bit worried because on 2015 the ielts here for the gen module will just be scheduled this coming january nothing else will follow that until next yr.. so if the cic will ask to submit one im gona be in trouble hehe.. not unless i fly to another country and take ielts from there.. my ielts will expire on may 2015 but my pr app is still on process.. so im kinda worried if its not going to be finished by may..
