On B2 visa in u.s 2.5 months left, how can I move to Canada after marrying a Canadian green card holder from America.

What is the right process .... Please help ?

Do you mean you married a Canadian citizen who is also a US green card holder? Or a Canadian PR who is a green card holder?

Before you can move to Canada, your spouse will need to sponsor you for PR. While waiting for PR you can "visit" Canada if you are able to get necessary documents (eTA or TRV).
